What do you think that a good price is for an unmetered master reseller a month?

For a reliable 20 GB/200 GB bandwidth Master reseller cheapest price should be $10 per month.

For unmetered it should be around $15-$20 pm depending upon the real resources available at disposal. for instance a person creates a VPS with 10 GB HDD and creates an unmetered Master Reseller Account then it will be useless as the maximum capacity of HDD is 10GB.

Hence unlimited/unmetered should be avoided at all cost.

Are you kidding me? You think 10$/month will get you a reliable reseller account. Probably with someone that oversells, yes! But as far as that goes you should up your budget 10$. Find a host that provides a free whmcs license (ezpzhosting.co.uk dmehosting.com <--- they do) and be on your merry little way. Both of those companies I personally use and are great!

You missed my point, I said the minimum should be $10. Also it is possible without overselling, but as the thread starter asked the cheapest price therefore I quoted $10. Its upto you how much you charge.
